Product Description
The rich sweetness of our Reserve Selection Honey Cured salmon will get you as soon as you open the packaging.
Both delicate in texture and rich in sweet overtones, the salmon is drizzled in the finest Australian honey and cured for up to 24 hours.
Once the honey has done its work the salmon is lightly smoked and carefully packed as a whole fillet by hand, ready to enjoy.

Ordering and delivery worked well, even to South East NSW. Arrived well packed and still very cold. While the salmon was excellent on opening I felt it was better on day 2. Had a nicer texture and was slightly less 'oily'. I will be back for more.

Well,Huon Salmon has been my lunch favourite with a bread roll or two for probably ten years now. When I visited the website and found that one can purchase online I was most pleasantly surprised.
My 1kg Reserve Selection Hot Smoked Salmon Honey Cured portion arrived fast and in perfect condition. It's a huge box by the way. I had visitors at the time of arrival and we were all quite amazed. I've been used to premium salmon from HUON and I certainly was not disappointed, it was just delicious.
Salmon is so good for you. On visiting the HUON website, I also discovered that HUON salmon is farmed which is another plus for the product. A new product from HUON is Salmon to Go Deli Bites. It is available from my local IGA store but I've noticed it is not yet available in Woolworths Stores.

From the streamlines ordering process, to very careful and planned delivery, excellent packaging, to the fantastic product itself, I am extremely happy with Huon.

A beautiful alternative to your normal salmon. Great flavour with a hint of sweetness and texture. Had it in a roll or sandwich or simply with some pasta; delicious! Highly recommended!
