The Huon Aquaculture brand has entered the luxury brand sphere with this offering and remarkably it is priced so it is affordable to those who are not earning super salaries. I ordered a number as Christmas gifts for relations around the country and they hit the mark perfectly. The response has been terrific. Well done Huon and thank you.

The whisky cured smoked salmon is seriously good,the best I have purchased in Australia, it is well packaged, the slices peel off easily. I wouldn't buy smoked salmon from anywhere else. The whisky curing adds a subtle 'soft' flavor to the salmon.
